Delete your RiderSaathi account

You can ask us to delete your RiderSaathi account and the personal data linked to it at any time. RiderSaathi is an app by Blockstash Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.

How to request deletion

Send an email to our official address with the details below. We use them to find your account and confirm that the request comes from you.

Include these details in your email:

  • Subject: RiderSaathi account deletion request
  • Registered mobile number — the number you used to sign in to RiderSaathi, with country code
  • Full name as entered in the app
  • Vehicle registration number added in the app
  • What to delete — your full account and all data, or only specific data (for example ride history or assistant chats)
  • Reason (optional) — helps us improve

If you no longer have access to your registered number, tell us in the email. We may ask for more information to verify you before deleting anything. We never ask for your OTP or passwords.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
  2. We may send a one-time confirmation to your registered mobile number to verify that you own the account.
  3. Your account is deactivated right away after verification. Crash alerts and reminders stop.
  4. We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

After deletion, your account cannot be restored. You can sign up again with the same number, but earlier rides and history will not come back.

What we delete and what we keep

Deleted

  • Account details: mobile number, name, language
  • Vehicle details and service history
  • Emergency contacts
  • Ride summaries and crash events, including any location data
  • Assistant chats and photos, in the app and on WhatsApp
  • Service bookings and reminders
  • Push-notification tokens and consent records linked to you

Kept, and for how long

  • Records we must keep by law (for example, invoices for paid bookings), for the period the law requires
  • Security and access logs, for up to 180 days, then deleted
  • Anonymised statistics that cannot identify you, such as area-level service demand

Data on your phone

Raw sensor data and GPS routes are stored only on your phone. To remove them, uninstall RiderSaathi, or go to Android Settings → Apps → RiderSaathi → Storage → Clear data. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account on our servers, so please also email us as described above.
